JRUK Training days

PDM’s/SSCo’s - we are happy to work with your Sports Partnership to provide you with a format which suits your ideas! Here are a few of the options that we offer:

1. A full day of jump rope - teaching the basics techniques and skills of ‘jump rope’. Presented as continuous 50 minute coaching classes - formatted around the school day. This usually means at least 6 coaching classes throughout the day. There will always be 2 coaches present for better teaching, progress and results. We can also include one or a number of full demos. displaying a number of jump rope skills. Number of students taking part at each workshop depends upon the area available, but up to 60 at a time is possible. Price for full day option: £300.00


2. Similar to the above option but with extra workshops and demos. Incorporating double-dutch style jump rope [that is, team, 2 rope skipping]. For this we’ll need to provide you with at least 3 of our coaches so the Price for this option is £400.00. However, this also means we can take some more classes throughout the day!


3. Half day of jump rope training - that is 3 workshops. We will provide at least 2 JRUK coaches and can provide a full technique demo too! Price £180.00


4. JRUK Demo day/Teach-in option. PDMs/SSCo’s - we will provide a full day of demonstration seminars, each showing all the skills; single, partner and double-dutch jump rope. We will invite audience participation throughout at each stage and can include a ‘Questions & Answers’ at the end. Up to 5 seminars per day [1 for each year group?] We can also travel between, say, 4 local schools. Price £300.00 for the whole day, or £400.00 if you would like double-dutch to be included in the seminar.


5. BRSA [British Rope Skipping Association] Coaching courses – yes we can ‘teach the teachers’; Level One [basic], Level 2 [inter] and Level 3 [advanced]. These are BRSA [British Rope Skipping Association] accredited qualifications and are recognised by both the European [ERSO] and World [FISAC] Jump Rope Organisations. We are the only UK Company able to provide this service. Price: £200.00 per person – each course lasts for 2 days.


6. BRSA sanctioned and formatted jump rope competition days - we can organise and run a competitive jump rope event on your behalf. We can also help you with a ‘festival event’ providing musical team demonstrations - incorporating single, partner and double-dutch jump rope. Prices on application.
