home of the rope professionals
Jump Rope UK was created in 2011 by Sue Dale. She was the Head coach of the UK team at the time and wanted to start back at the grass roots and promote skipping in schools. Sue employed 4 coaches to travel around the UK working in schools, perform at corporate events and appear on tv shows to encourage everyone to take up skipping as their keep fit activity. In 2016 Sue took a back seat and her daughters, Rachael and Beci took on the company...
I have been jumping for over 20 years, i started when i was 9 years old, that same year i went to my first World Championships in America. Since then, i have won numerous British and World medals and gained 4 Guinness World Records. I have also worked on TV shows such as Nickelodeon's 'Get Your Skills on' and Russell Howards Good News. Unfortunately in 2014 i stopped competing as i fell too ill with my life long condition, Ulcerative Colitis. Since then i have focused on other aspects of jump rope including, coaching, selling ropes and organising British competitions.
I have been jumping for over 20 years too. I started when i was 8 years old and competed at my first European Championships in Amsterdam that year. I have always had a passion for skipping and love coaching our Jump Rope UK club. I have been lucky enough to travel all over the World with competitions and events and have gained numerous British titles and World medals. I also have smashed 4 Guinness World Records over the years too.
We had a mission in mind when taking on Jump Rope UK. That mission was to push the sport of jump rope and focus on the grass roots as well as the high level they too competed at such a young age. Jump Rope UK now employ 4 coaches to teach PE lessons, all day workshops and after school clubs. We also have a strong team of 60 members who compete at British and international level and alongside the grass roots of jump rope, we perform demonstrations, run UK competitions and workshops for all ages and abilities.
All of our Jump Rope UK coaches and performers have been trained up by Rachael and Beci so all have full knowledge and we are continuing to grow the sport of jump rope with Jump Rope UK by employing more coaches and getting more people jumping!
We are constantly uploading videos onto our social media platforms, anything from beginner tutorials to competitive routines.
Please contact us if you are interested in working with Jump Rope UK to grow the sport on your area.
