BEGINNER TRICK - Speed Step
TIPS:
- Hop from one foot to the other each time your rope hits the floor.
- Keep your arms by your side.
- Knees up in front of you.
INTERMEDIATE TRICK - Caboose
TIPS:
- Cross your arms enough so they go behind your knees.
- Wait for the rope to come over before you jump.
- Turn the rope backwards after you had jumped through the caboose.
