BEGINNER TRICK - Speed Step

TIPS:

  • Hop from one foot to the other each time your rope hits the floor.
  • Keep your arms by your side.
  • Knees up in front of you.

TIPS:

  • Cross your arms enough so they go behind your knees.
  • Wait for the rope to come over before you jump.
  • Turn the rope backwards after you had jumped through the caboose.
