Beginner Trick - Knee Lift and Can Can
- This is similar to the speed step, but with a jump in between each knee lift.
- Ensure you complete 4 movements on the can can.
Intermediate Trick - Snake Charmer
- Make sure the handle touches the ground when attempting the snake charmer trick.
- Don't let go of the handle until the last point you can.
Advanced Trick - Toad to Inverse Toad
- Attempt this trick slowly, ensure to walk through the two tricks first.
- Wait as long as possible to put your toad leg down before switching to the inverse toad leg.
- 30 seconds side swings
- 30 seconds press-ups
- 30 seconds crosses
- 30 seconds lunges
- 30 seconds forwards jumping
- 30 seconds knee lifts
