Beginner Trick - Basic arm wrap
- Only wrap the rope once or twice.
- Keep the arm that's across your body close to you.
- Turn both arms to wrap the rope.
Intermediate Trick - Double Under and Double Under Crosses
- For the basic double under, speed the rope up ready for the double under when it is in front of you.
- Use small wrist movements.
- The X, Knee Lift x 1 minute
- Squat with knee touches
- 1 minute on each - repeat 4 times
