Beginner Trick - Basic arm wrap

TIPS:

  • Only wrap the rope once or twice.
  • Keep the arm that's across your body close to you.
  • Turn both arms to wrap the rope.
Intermediate Trick - Double Under and Double Under Crosses

TIPS:

  • For the basic double under, speed the rope up ready for the double under when it is in front of you.
  • Use small wrist movements.
Workout
  • The X, Knee Lift x 1 minute
  • Squat with knee touches
  • 1 minute on each - repeat 4 times
